Takusa Ramen Cay Pombo brings the locally recognized ramen concept to Santa Maria, Bulacan as nexFlavor’s first current franchised restaurant project.
The concept
Warm Japanese comfort food in a focused modern space.
The planned restaurant pairs Takusa’s approachable ramen and Japanese-inspired menu with an efficient, Ichiran-inspired environment. A centralized kitchen becomes the operational core, while warm wood, graphite black, muted gray, red accents, and focused dining zones create an intimate but energetic atmosphere.
